This is the perfect recipe if you can't have (or can't find!) flour.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.Add the beans, almond butter, oats, coconut sugar, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to a food processor. Mix for several minutes until a smooth dough forms. Add the flaxmeal mixture and mix for another 30 seconds.The dough will be thick. Use a spatula to spread the dough into the prepared pan.
Add a few chocolate chips and chopped pecans on top and bake for 22 to 28 minutes, until the blondies look slightly firm and lightly browned. Cool the pan on a rack in the fridge for 20 minutes before cutting. Store blondies in an airtight container.
