has become a consistent second-round target for the Chicago Bears in 2022 NFL mock drafts as of late, and it’s easy to understand why. With the Bears’ need to add more size and physicality to its wide receiver room this offseason, Bell is a logical choice to rank high on the team’s wish list.
Compared to Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney, that’s massive. Mooney measured in at just 5-foot-10 and 176 pounds during his trip to the NFL Scouting Combine. He’s proven through the first two years of his career that his undersized frame isn’t a problem for his production, but Chicago needs more of a power forward opposite him in order to give quarterback Justin Fields a diverse group that’s capable of ‘winning’ regardless of how the defense is playing.
