Here are the results of the opening day of the 2024 Mid-Penn Conference Class 2A girls tennis tournament.
The 2024 Mid-Penn Conference girls tennis tournament kicked off on Thursday with singles matches held at CD East and doubles matches at Central Dauphin across 2A and 3A classifications. Finals matches begin Monday at 8:30 a.m. at CD East while all third-round matches are set for Friday at 8:30 a.m.In 2A first singles, Camp Hill’s Mia Schreader swept Ella Sheaffer and took a 6-3, 6-1 win over Grace Livingston to punch her ticket to the finals where Evyennia Raudenbush of Boiling Springs awaits.
Raudenbush earned her way to the finals after a 6-0, 6-1 result over Trinity’s Gemma Najdek and a 6-3, 6-2 victory against Bishop McDevitt’s Savannah Wheeler.
