A SWAT team took Christine Riley into custody at the Victoria Village Mobile Home Community, 12 hours later, authorities say.
The Montgomery County fire marshal said a woman accused of setting fire to a Magnolia home ignited the flames on the front porch, cutting off the main exit of a family of two adults and their two children.
MCFMO provided home surveillance camera images showing a woman in the act at about 6 a.m. in the 26000 block of Rhode Island Street in the Victoria Village Mobile Home Community. Investigators found someone intentionally set the fire and identified a suspect, who retreated to her home and was uncooperative, MCFMO said.
An EMS sent Riley to the hospital for observation before deputies booked her into the Montgomery County Jail on a first-degree felony arson charge.
