Amid a struggle between the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and National Treasury regarding almost R1 billion in grant funding, the DA in the metro has called for an urgent council meeting to discuss the matter.

DA caucus chief whip in the metro Georgina Faldtman said there have been growing concerns about the impasse between the metro and Treasury.
