Helen George has promised Call The Midwife fans "a quick weep" in the show's emotional Christmas Day special this year.
Confirming the episode had already been filmed, Helen, 39, said: "We filmed it June, in the hot weather. Helen, who confirmed the new full series was already filming, also laughed over a visit to the Call The Midwife museum where she was mistaken for a member of staff by a fan - having recently said that she thought the fan assumed she was a Trixie impersonator.
