Michael Wright has links to Manchester
Members of the public are urged to call 999 if they see this missing man as part of a nationwide search. Michael Wright was reported missing 10 days ago, on August 14.
North Yorkshire Police says Michael was seen asking people in Darlington if he could use their phone. It is believed that he has no personal access to a phone or money.North Yorkshire Police says officers 'are becoming very concerned for his welfare the longer he remains out of contact'. Michael is described as white, around 6ft tall, of very slim build with dark brown hair and a dark, greying beard.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police added: "We are appealing to anyone who has seen Michael, to please call us on 101 and pass information to the Force Control Room. If you have an immediate sighting of Michael, or know where he is now, please call the police on 999.
