A man in California Is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly setting fire to a couple and their apartment over a parking dispute.deputies after they were called to reports of an arson attack which occurred in the 1100 block of Annabelle Lane in Stockton on Saturday, August 15.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office originally reported that the father was able to run back into the burning building and rescue his 5-year-old daughter, who happened to be in the shower at the time of the incident. CBS 13 reported that multiple neighbors say it was a neighbor who ran back in to save the girl. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office has been contacted for clarification.Galicinao
