Rep. Ro Khanna on Thursday voiced his support for the new Department of Government Efficiency, which will be headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy.

Trump gave control of the incoming presidential advisory commission to X owner Elon Musk and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. It has since garnered the support of several political leaders, including Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., whoAlso citing the Pentagon’s budget woes was Rep. Khanna, who touted his own efforts to regulate government spending via X.
“I led the charge to get TransDigm to refund $16 million after investigative reporting exposed price-gouging,” the representative added. “Let's look to the Truman Committee and ensure Americans get their money's worth with DOD spending.”
