The East Kilbride club drop down from Basketball Champions League to FIBA Europe Cup
Caledonia Gladiators’ first foray into Europe ended in disappointment on Sunday as they lost 57-51 in their Basketball Champions League qualifier in Turkey.
“We had a good start but slowed down scoring, and they made a couple of shots at the end that gave them a bit more momentum. “Now, we drop down to the FIBA Europe Cup, that will give us six more games in a different competition, so that will be three at home and three away through October and November.
