Caged animals die at Pakistan pet market abandoned due to coronavirus
Animal activists discovered 70% of pets at Empress Market, Karachi, dead. The markets were closed in amid a two-week lockdown in a bid to stop Covid-19. Some pet shop owners resorted to sneaking it at night to try and feed them.
