Cabinet yet to discuss extending Azam Baki’s contract FMTNews
ALOR SETAR: Putrajaya is yet to discuss the contract extension of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner Azam Baki.
“This matter is yet to be discussed in the Cabinet,” a government spokesman said when asked by reporters at the Malaysia Madani Raya Aidilfitri Open House at Hotel Raia here. Azam’s tenure ended on May 12. He was appointed on March 9, 2020, following the resignation of his predecessor Latheefa Koya.
