Police get man's stolen iPad back
DOYLESTOWN, Ohio - Doylestown and Norton police officers, Medway DEA and the Ohio State Highway Patrol said they all joined forces Wednesday to conduct a “buy-bust” operation and recover an Orrville man’s stolen iPad.
The man reported setting up a meeting on Aug. 23 to sell a person an iPad. Instead, two males took it from him.The operation took place just inside the city of Norton near Eastern Road and State Route 21. According to police, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were taken into custody without incident.
The 18-year-old was interviewed and released, while investigators said charges are pending against the juvenile.Mantua police officer plans to file lawsuit against Portage Co.
