Logan Rapsinski, 22, is facing charges after allegedly shooting his older brother in the groin on Christmas Eve. Police say Rapsinski left the house agitated and was found by his brother parked in his car. When approached, Rapsinski pulled out a handgun, loaded it, and shot his brother before fleeing the scene. Rapsinski called 911 and claimed his brother had threatened him before the shooting.
A Butler County man is facing charges after police say he tried to shoot his older brother on Christmas Eve .
Police said they arrived at a home along Crosslands Road just after 10 p.m. on Dec. 24 and discovered a man shot in the groin and lying on the ground.The wounded man told police his brother had left the house agitated. The victim went looking for him and found him parked in his car along a neighboring street.
