Days after the Public Protector's office said it had made an extra R4 million available for Busisiwe Mkhwebane's impeachment inquiry defence, she launched an urgent Constitutional Court bid for untrammelled state funding of her lawyers. | karynmaughan

According to the suspended Mkhwebane, the R4 million cap placed on her continued legal representation by the Public Protector was"a non-starter".
