This was one of the questions the committee should ask when Mkhwebane returns to give evidence, advised evidence leader advocate Nazreen Bawa SC the committee on Friday, as she took the committee through the documentary evidence related to the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria's ruling, which forms part of the basis for the charges of misconduct and incompetence against Mkhwebane.
