In this Business Talk with Michael Avery interview, Dr Reda Helal – Managing Director and Co-Head of Processing for Africa at Network International – discusses the company’s integrated payment processing platform.
He has over 22 years of experience in digital payments, strategic planning and execution, new market entries, and leadership practices in multinational payments organisations. In 2016, Dr Helal joined Network International as Chief Strategist for the Middle East, and five years later became the Chief Business Planning and Market Development Officer.
He unpacks the platform’s reception in South Africa and explains why it is important for local clients to have in-country support.
