Buses would be allowed to operate in areas under general community quarantine, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) said Thursday.
Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, in an interview over CNN Philippines, said passenger buses will be allowed under GCQ but can only operate at 50% capacity.
