A burglary suspect was arrested in Cherokee County after leading lawmen on a chase in a stolen boat. Sheriff's deputies used community member's jet skis to pursue him.Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies and investigators last week were dispatched to a report of a burglary.

Authorities obtained several warrants for Kiser and went back to his home the following day to try to arrest him. He is charged with first-degree theft of property, first-degree criminal mischief and attempting to elude.
