Bunker Hill Mining Corp. has announced its decision to issue shares to satisfy interest payments on its convertible debentures. The company will issue 4,983,334 Interest Shares at a price of USD$0.10 per share to Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp.
Bunker Hill Announces Election to Issue Shares in Satisfaction of Debenture Interest Payment Obligations”) in full satisfaction of the interest payable thereunder as of September 30, 2024 in the aggregate amount of USD$517,500 . The Series 1 Convertible Debenture s mature on March 31, 2028 and the Series 2 Convertible Debenture s mature on March 31, 2029.
The issuance of the Interest Shares is subject to the terms and conditions of the Convertible Debentures as well as the receipt of all regulatory approvals, including, without limitation, the approval of the TSX-V. Once issued, the Interest Shares will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
