The Bullock County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a fugitive wanted for murder, Dalvin Deshun Mitchell) - According to BCSO, they are searching for Dalvin Deshun Mitchell. Mitchell is wanted for the September 16 murder of Roosevelt Harris that happened on Peatime Lane in Fitzpatrick. Investigators say that Mitchell is a black male who stands around 6′0″ and weighs 240 lbs. He was last seen leaving the crime scene in a tan 1999 Honda Accord EX.
