Artist Mar Perez diligently pick up slippers trashed in waterways in Barangay San Pascual in Hagonoy for his mosaics, Joseph Morong reported on "24 Oras" on Friday."Dati kasi sa painting, di nabibili yung artworks ko. Kaya nag-isip ako ng ibang medium. Bakit di ko pwedeng gawing art yung tsinelas na nakikita ko rito? Dun po nagstart," Perez said.Perez said art became his source of livelihood after losing his job during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic.
