Bukit Bendera MP lodges police report against Kedah MB
Bukit Bendera MP Syerleena Abdul Rashid says the vulgar language allegedly used in Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor's speech disregarded audiences that include women and children. – Parliament video screen grab, June 7, 2023.
Syerleena said the report was lodged at the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters at 9.17am after the video of Sanusi’s speech during a Perikatan Nasional event in Permatang Pauh, Penang went viral. Taufiq said Kedahans were not rude people, and being polite and well-mannered was part of their culture.
