Most productivity software and business applications have already incorporated at least some form of generative AI. As early adopters of the technology, we can only wonder if the tools can do more. We are looking for AI to tell us more, create more, analyze more, generate more ideas and enable us to use our time more efficiently.
Another example of ideation is a starting diagram of the process that you would like to document. While many diagrams exist, and AI can present the initial plan, it will not fit the bespoke process intended for a specific problem. We can take the initial diagram and continue generating and iterating steps, which will eventually help us make the suitable processes even better.
This is why we take the process for what it is—one that will evolve and improve as more people use it. The same goes for the procedures that get worse or never get used due to complexity and too many steps that make it harder for people to follow.
