Sharifa JacksonA police officer, another driver and a K-9 were injured after a crash that left two vehicles and a building heavily damaged on Thursday.According to police, the officer was responding to a report of a person with a gun shortly before noon.Chopper 6 was over the scene after a crash involving a Trenton police vehicle on July 25, 2024.The officer is hospitalized in stable condition. He suffered a laceration to his head and is undergoing further treatment and evaluation.

The other driver was also listed in stable condition, suffering bumps and bruises. Police say he was driving without a license.The police cruiser slammed into the home's living room and took out the wall, couch and everything else inside. "I was just shocked," said Sierra Cass, who lives in the home.
