Builder JPI plans Grand Prairie rental community.
JPI's D-FW projects inclde this Addison apartment development that will have more than 280 units.Irving-based JPI – already North Texas’ busiest apartment developer – is eyeing yet another project, this time in Grand Prairie.The Jefferson at Lloyd Park apartments will cost $73.5 million and start construction in June, according to planning documents filed with the state. The new rental community will include seven three-story buildings on the 25-acre site.
Architecture Demarest is designing the project, which is scheduled to open in late 2025. The site is near Lloyd Park on the west shore of Joe Pool Lake.
