Under the Constitution, the President has 30 days after the Sona to submit his budget proposal to Congress. However, Senate Minority Leader Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III said the Filipino people deserve the “unfiltered truth” from Marcos’s second Sona, adding, “it is my hope that he will discuss the real situation of the Filipino People at the household level.”
