As the second set of headliners, the global sensation BTS made a highly anticipated appearance on the pitch. The South Korean septet, consisting of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, performed in coordinated outfits in red, white, and black. Their setlist was not announced in advance, and they chose to perform their very first chart-topping hit, "Dynamite," which spent three weeks at number one in 2020 and was their first U.S. No. 1 single.

The entire lineup of headliners-Madonna, BTS, Bieber, and Shakira-later returned to perform an original song titled "We Dance," written by Coldplay. This collaborative performance included Chris Martin, the New York PS22 Chorus, and the Muppets. The event also featured conductor Gustavo Dudamel with the New York Philharmonic and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, musician Bijan Mortazavi, and Emmanuel Kelly.
Surprise appearances were made by soccer legends Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, as well as actors Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt in character as Ted Lasso and Coach Beard.
