In more than two hours in court on Monday, Justice Michael Lee found Bruce Lehrmann sexually assaulted his former colleague in a Parliament House office in 2019.

Justice Lee found Mr Lehrmann was a young man who had “hooked up” with Ms Higgins, deliberately taken her back to Parliament House, and was “hell-bent” on having sex with her.
