“These are deeply personal exchanges between Ms Higgins and her former boyfriend which are not otherwise in the public domain,” Ten’s barrister, Matthew Collins, KC, told the court.If the allegation is true, Lehrmann’s solicitors and barrister, Matthew Richardson, SC, were duped. Lehrmann told them he shared nothing with Seven beyond opinions and observations.
