STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Rookie Browns quarterback, Shedeur Sanders , was cited by Strongsville Police early Tuesday morning for driving over 100 MPH on I-71 northbound.According to a report, police stopped Sanders in a Black Dodge truck on I-71 in Strongsville at around 12:24 a.
m. for speeding. Officers first asked Sanders for his driver’s license and registration before checking on a second car that also pulled over, driven by a California woman. 19 News has learned the woman is a social media influencer, suspected to be in a relationship with Sanders. In the bodycam video, an officer is handed something from Sanders, which the officer replies “You should have given this to me earlier I already wrote the ticket.” The officer then tells Sanders he will be letting the woman go without a ticket. It is unknown exactly what the item was that Sanders handed over, however Cleveland Browns Berea Security Manager John Boykin was referenced during the exchange.Sanders was issued a summons to appear at 9:30 a.m. on July 3 in Strongsville Mayors Court.
