Kristen Dean said they want to do a"hero wall that will pay respect to utility company linemen like the elder Dean.Their dad and his colleagues always were on call. Whenever storms came through, winds would take out a lot of electric lines and be dangerous. Their dad never hesitated when called out in the middle of the night, the brothers said.
