The two boys attacked the man as he sat on a bench in a park in Holbeck
Two teenage brothers assaulted a man, stripped him naked and forced him to touch himself in a Holbeck park.
Prosecutor Richard Davies said that during the attack, the man was ordered to touch himself before his "clothes were removed." Mr Davies added: "He was made to run up and down the skate board ramp injured. His mobile phone and clothes were taken from him and he was forced to flee naked. He said he was shocked, upset and disturbed."
The court was told the 15-year-old had pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm, assault with intent to rob, possession of cocaine and cannabis and had been found guilty of making someone engage in sexual activity without consent after a trial. The court was told that before the attack, the brothers were in a phone box asking the police for assistance for themselves, and it "wasn't immediately forthcoming."
