Jody Jones' brother Rocky was killed in 2018 by an illegal immigrant who had been deported twice and arrested two days before. On 'Fox & Friends,' Jones warned the border crisis will only get worse if Title 42 isn't replaced with new immigration policies.
"I want to say something to President Biden: He should be ashamed of himself for not trying to fix this," Jody Jones said pending the removal of Title 42.

Jones warned the situation at the border will get worse if the Biden administration doesn’t put new policies in place after the , which then-President Trump implemented as a COVID-era policy allowing the rapid expulsion of migrants.
