She says it’s “much easier to get out of shape quickly” as she ages.A special Pilates method helps her safely see results.With age, you might find yourself in search of new ways to work out that jive with your changing body.
But she loves that she can leave a Nofar class “dripping wet” after a “no impact” workout. “It’s so specific,” she added. The Nofar Method is a type of Pilates class that ties together cardio, strength training, and the most challenging elements of Pilates using reformer machines to deliver efficient yet safe results-driven workouts.
