Police are investigating after a man was shot dead inside a local business on a commercial corridor in upper Manhattan on Monday.
According to law enforcement sources, Wilmer Rosario, 32, of Britton Street in the Bronx, was slain inside 3845 10th Ave., along a commercial corridor in Inwood , at around 5:49 a.m. on Sept. 16., in responding to a 911 call of a male shot at the location, found Rosario with multiple gunshot wounds to his face and chest.
Authorities said a dispute ensued inside the location, which resulted in a gunfire exchange between the victim and an unidentified suspect, who remains at large.Meanwhile, the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. Police do not yet have a description of the perp, but were able to confirm he is a male.Anyone with information regarding the shooting can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS .
