PALM BEACH, Fla. — Walking from his media obligations through the swank lobby of The Breakers resort and onto an elevator to begin his first Annual League Meeting Sunday morning, Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett was asked if he had a favorite play in mind for new quarterback Russell Wilson.“Probably just an old school ‘go’ ball,” he said. “That guy can throw the ball down the field — just a straight ‘go’ ball — and then we’ve got Courtland and Jeudy) and Tim .

“Right now, I think it’s just really getting to know each other,” Hackett said. “We don’t talk much football; we’re going to save that for April. It’s just been a great time getting to know each other as people, fathers and husbands.”“I’ll tell you, he’s an intense guy all-around,” he said. “You hear how much he loves his family and that’s facts. This guy, from supporting his sister playing basketball to how he is with his wife and kids, it’s awesome to watch and be a part of it.

“We’ll talk about what we’re going to be,” Hackett said. “It’s about the two of us making it the ‘Broncos Offense’ and everybody joining in. With a guy like Russell, we can do a lot.”
