The Broncos have ruled out cornerback Pat Surtain II (concussion) and offensive tackle Alex Palczewski ahead of Thursday night’s matchup against the Saints.

With Surtain sidelined, the Broncos could play Ja’Quan McMillian or Levi Wallace at outside cornerback.
