The broken_bells are back with their new single GoodLuck
With moody lyrics such as, "When I woke, I was there alone/ Where will it end?" and "Enter the gods and all the sacred signs/ At the end of your line," the duo contemplate death and the end of the world over a grooving beat. The apocalyptic imagery bears a resemblance to songs like "Holding On For Life" from the duo's 2014 album "Good Luck" is the duo's first single from their upcoming third album, which does not yet have a release date.
"Both of us are constantly working on music at any given time, yet we always drift back to one another as Broken Bells," the duo said in a press release announcing the track. "When it happens naturally, it happens— and right now it’s happened in the form of writing and recording sessions for the third Broken Bells album.”
