“The historical restoration of the Market is a complex project that includes a variety of custom manufactured components and strict guidelines to maintain historical accuracy,” Antonio Megna, Harrisburg's business administrator, said. “These complexities take significant time and effort. ” The city said construction project timelines shift based on contractor availability, supplies, manufacturing, shipping and weather.
