Longtime “Vanderpump Rules” fans were thrilled after learning earlier this year some of their favorite former cast members would be reentering the Bravo universe on a new spinoff called “The Valley.” But recently, two of those stars — Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright — found their way back into the headlines before the show’s March 19 premiere.
