Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor came together amid their separation to celebrate their son Cruz's birthday on the weekend of April 13.
, turned 3 on Friday, April 12, and the pair joined forces amid their separation to make sure the little boy had the best birthday weekend.
Per Taylor's Instagram Stories, Cruz enjoyed "all his favorite things" on his actual birthday on Friday. Taylor, 44, and Cartwright, 35, took him to a California aquarium and he ate chicken fingers and French fries. Then on Saturday, he had a dinosaur-themed "3-Rex" birthday party with his friends that included a trampoline and tons of desserts, as seen in posts on both reality stars' Instagram Stories on Saturday."Happy Birthday to my sweet sweet beautiful boy! I can’t believe you are 3 years old today, oh how time flies!" her caption read. "I am so blessed to be this amazing little boy's mother he makes me so proud every single day.
"You are the best thing to happen to both of us and we love watching you grow every day. I am beyond blessed to be your dad you are the kindest, happiest little boy on the planet you amaze me every day," he added.
