“We’ve had an influx of people joining British Naturism and are reminding them that naturism does genuinely start at home," she said.“It enforces loving your body and its imperfections, teaching us to value ourselves more than looks, size and shape. “Venison burgers and buns, decaf coffee and honey, body confidence and positive thinking and sweet potato mash with chilli - these are a few of my favourite things,” he said.“I've learnt to embrace my body during lockdown. It's what we've been given," she said.
