Researchers asked 2,000 people to describe what they think an ET looks like – and found it is typically 5ft tall, with webbed feet and green tufts of hair. Four in 10 (43 per cent) reckon aliens would converse in their own, made-up language, and 22 per cent believe they’d have 360-degree vision.
The lifeform would also have long, skinny limbs, and walk like a human.
