They were found on Paradise Beach in the village of L’Esterre on Saturday, and police suspect they drowned, according to Loop News. Unconfirmed reports have also suggested the man got into difficulty and the wife died trying to save him.
Two other adults have also died on the beach this year. The bodies of US couple Ralph Hendry and Kathleen Brandel have still not been found. Police believe they were thrown overboard from their yacht by three escaped prisoners who hijacked the boat.
