British Airways customers at Edinburgh Airport have hit out at the airline after being stuck in huge queues at check-in

. Passengers are seen standing in long queues just to drop off bags with reports that just two members of staff were on hand to help.

Erin Robison said: "Priority line over 1 hour at Edinburgh Airport. Absolutely cluster, boarding was even worse. Do not bother purchasing first EVER with British Airways." Some flights are experiencing small delays but queues have been longer than normal also due to customers arriving up to five or six house before their scheduled flight.
