A beloved Glasgow monument has been returned to the community following a stunning £400K restoration.
A palpable sense of pride swept through the crowd as people gathered to mark the unveiling of the Bridgeton Umbrella following a restoration.

The Category A-listed, Victorian era bandstand was gifted to the city in 1875 by the Sun Foundry, a local manufacturer of ornamental ironwork.
