I’ve been writing about video games, television and movies for Forbes for over 10 years, and you may have seen my reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. I cover all manner of console and PC games, but if it’s about looting or shooting, I’m definitely there. If I’m watching something, it’s usually science fiction, horror or superheroic.

Wow I have to say, I’m a little surprised that Bridgerton season 3 only lasted a little more than a week on top of, particularly because we know it had a ton of viewing hours, and it’s one of Netflix ’s biggest hits. But now it’s down to #2, unseated by an unlikely candidate, a show called Tires.

Tires is a series from Shane Gillis, where in a weird turn of events, a pilot was actually on Gillis’ YouTube channel in 2019, but it was taken down and eventually, Gillis himself invested in a six episode season which ended up being picked up by Netflix. Now, after it’s release, it’s already been renewed for season 2.

Gillis, a standup comedian, has created a show splitting fans and critics with Tires. You might guess who loves it, and who hates it. Critics have scored it a not-good 40%. Audience scores are currently coming in at a 96%. In short, if you know Gillis and like it comedy, you’ll probably be into Tires, where Gillis inherits his father’s auto repair chain and tries to turn it around.

The Roast of Tom Brady is still there at #7 despite being a single three hour event. A new real estate show, Buying London, ditches the US for colder pastures. Rachel Feinstein is the second stand-up comedian on the list after Gillis, though in a special, not in her own show, currently at #10., Well, it’s definitely time to watch tires given that it’s a sub-3 hour commitment and we already know it’s coming back. But I would not be surprise if Bridgerton reclaims that spot soon. Our community is about connecting people through open and thoughtful conversations.
