As someone who is currently planning a wedding, let me level with you: That sh*t's expensive. All those stories news outlets write about cutting costs aren't fluff—they're gold. So when I see a bride waltzing down the aisle of my Instagram feed with a stick of cotton candy in her arms—rather than a $200 bouquet of flowers—I bow down.
