The latest Nottingham Forest news as Forest have turned down bids from Brentford for the winger this summer
Brentford may have moved on from pursuing a summer transfer for Nottingham Forest man Brennan Johnson, with the club making an offer for another winger.
It now seems that they have instead turned their attention to Fiorentina winger Nico Gonzalez. Thomas Frank’s side are said to have made an initial bid of around €30 million earlier this month, but according to the Athletic , have now made an improved offer of €40 million to the Italian club.
